Kanpur zoo earns 3.12 lakh on Tuesday

earned a record

revenue

of Rs 3.12 lakh on Tuesday.

Kanpur zoo director, Deepak Kumar said that around 10,514 visitors visited zoo on Tuesday which helped in earning a revenue of Rs 3,12,523. He said that the huge rush in zoo was due to Eid festivities. Last year on the same festival , 6,730 visitors had visited zoo. Zoo director said that the visitors especially enjoyed the nature walk and lake view with the presence of variety of birds. Crowds were also noticed at walk in aviary, reptile house, acquarium.
