Kanpur: Vishesh Tiwari’s deadly spell (5 for 13) helped Balmol XI beat Maplewood XI by four wickets in the JNT U-12 Cricket Tournament for the Sigma Griplock Trophy at the Kanpur South ground on Wednesday.

Electing to bat first, Maplewood XI piled up 127 runs in their allotted innings. In reply, Balmol XI scored 130 for 6 in 23 overs to seal the win. In another match, DKG Entertainment outplayed Oliver Brown XI by 54 runs.
