Train kills three camels

Jaisalmer: Three camels were killed after a train hit them while crossing the railway track near Sagra village in the Lathi police station area of Jaisalmer district Friday night. One camel was trapped under a train compartment, and the train remained stranded for 25 minutes, causing inconvenience to passengers. The train was dispatched only after the remains were removed. According to information received, the Jaisalmer-Jodhpur passenger train departed from Lathi railway station Friday night and was heading towards Jaisalmer when it hit the camel herd near Sagra village.
