Girl files rape case against man in Bundi

Kota: A 19-year-old girl, pursuing degree in collage, lodged a case of abduction and rape against a man in Nainwan police station of Bundi district on Wednesday.
The girl lodged a case of abduction and rape against Akash Sharma of Nainwan town of the district, SHO at Nainwan police station Subash Chandra said.
Chandra said, the girl stated while she was on her way to collage on Monday, the accused tempted her to drop her at the collage and, instead, took her to Bundi city, where he raped her in hotel room.The police lodged a case under Sections 376, 365 of IPC and Section of SC/ST Act against the accused and began investigation. The survivor was sent for medical examination later in the day, he added.
