Dengue cases double this year

Following cases constantly being reported, the health department took preventive measures and declared dengue as a notifiable disease. Also, the health department continued conducting campaigns through inter-sectoral coordination. In July, it launched ‘Hamara Swasthya Hamari Zimmedari’.
The health department officials claimed that they have managed to prevent spread of the disease.
