MP: Anger among Army fraternity after robbery at Naib Subedar’s house
MHOW: The condition of the Naib Subedar’s
Rasna is undergoing treatment at Mhow Military Hospital. She was admitted in ICU and had slipped into coma. The Naib Subedar was out of danger, said doctors.
Indore SP (west) Vivek Singh along with the forensic team had inspected the crime spot and issued necessary directions in the case.
Around a dozen men armed with iron rods and sharp-edged weapons struck at the house of Naib Subedar Sunil CK in Kodariya village of Mhow tehsil on Thursday night and ran away with cash and goods worth Rs 2 lakh. The robbers also attacked Naib Subedar and his wife before escaping, leaving the couple seriously injured. Sources said that the way the crime was committed; it appeared to be handiwork of a Kanjar gang from some nearby district.
According to sources, after the incident a group of about two dozen Kanjar community people, who were living on the outskirts of Kodariya village, suddenly disappeared leaving their huts. Police parties are looking for them since their sudden disappearance from the spot has raised questioned on their involvement in the case.
