City erupts in joy as students celebrate success
Indore: Indore witnessed celebrations across homes and schools on Wednesday as CBSE Class 12 results brought one of the city’s strongest academic performances in recent years.
Students from science, commerce and humanities streams secured exceptional marks, with many crossing the 97% mark and several entering the 99% bracket this year.
Following Anubhuti Agrawal who secured 99.2% in the science stream, the commerce stream recorded an impressive performance with Yuvraj Saraf from Shishukunj International emerging as the another high scorer from the city securing 99%. His score stood out in a highly competitive merit list, where several students scored between 97 and 98 percent.
The humanities stream too saw remarkable performances, among the high scoerers was Abhiraj Singh Sengar from Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar securing 98.6 %.
Arnav Sisodiya from DPS Indore secured 98.4% in the PCM stream, balancing his board preparations alongside JEE Advanced studies.
Teachers said the results reflected consistent preparation and growing academic competition among students in the city. Schools reported strong overall results, with students performing well across subjects despite the pressure of competitive entrance examinations running alongside board preparations.
Parents and teachers celebrated the results through gatherings and congratulatory messages that continued throughout the day.
With several students securing near-perfect scores across streams, this year’s CBSE results once again highlighted Indore’s position as one of Madhya Pradesh’s leading education centres. Nearly 12,000 students from the city appeared for the Class 12 CBSE examination this year from over 180 schools.
