Hyderabad: Hyderabad police on Tuesday registered two cases, suo motu, against BJP MLA T Raja Singh for his alleged actions in public places during Sri Rama Navami festivities.

Two days after the festival, police registered a case under IPC sections of promoting enmity between two groups, deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs and criminal intimidation.
Sultan Bazar police also registered a case against Raja Singh for allegedly employing a DJ during the Rama Navami Shobha
