Kaushik pooled ₹20cr to kill hubby: Jamuna

Hyderabad: Making sensational allegations against BRS MLC Padi Kaushik Reddy, Eatala Jamuna, wife of BJP Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender, said on Tuesday that the MLC was conspiring to kill her husband. Claiming that Eatala was facing threat to his life, Jamuna at a press conference here said: “Kaushik is believed to have pooled 20 crore to cause harm to Eatala. He was heard making claims about eliminating Eatala.” Jamuna further said: “If any one in our family is harmed, the BRS government will be held responsible. Kaushik is acting with the support of the state government.” Despite the threats, Eatala’s family would not be cowed down by such threats, she asserted. Demanding that Kaushik be removed from his MLC post, she said: “He made indecent remarks against governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and abuses women. How can a person of such ill repute be given a legislator post. It appears the more abusive they are, leaders in BRS get gold medals.” “Kaushik is behaving in a very arbitrary manner and we do not know what he will do next,” she alleged. Jamuna also alleged that Kaushik was behind the demolition of martyrs memorial in Huzurabad because his name did not figure on the stupa. Jamuna said she has no intentions to enter direct politics. Urging people of Telangana to vote against the BRS government in the upcoming assembly elections, she said: “All women should take a pledge to ensure that BRS is shown the door in the elections.” She also alleged that the BRS MLC troubles shopkeepers and rice mill owners and verbally abuses them.
