When in major cities contracts are given to build the infrastructure looking 20 years ahead of congestion and population but corruption stops all developments, that all is washed away in one day. Do not blame nature all these are human disasters - land grabbing , blocking water flows ,realestate mafia along with politicians and bureaucrats finally pathetic infra developments whetherit rain water drainage systems
