Ajay said he had helped BJP in forming the government led by Bhairon Singh Shekhawat twice in Rajasthan. He said, "We have to take the state forward in terms of development and 75% reservation will be given to the state's youth in jobs in private sector. Work has been started to implement other major pre-poll announcements. We will try to fulfil all promises made to the public."

The former MP further said Congress was "untouchable" and there was no question of JJP joining hands with it.
