GURGAON: MCG has directed the joint commissioners to analyse the objections and suggestions received for the proposed wards as per the delimitation draft.

The joint commissioners have also been told to submit a report on the feedback by September 10 to deputy commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav.

Joint commissioner Akhislesh Kumar has been directed to look into the objections and suggestions of ward numbers 6-10, 17, 28-34. The objections and suggestions of ward numbers 2-6, 25-27, 31, 34-36 will be heard by joint commissioner Vijay Yadav and ward numbers 1, 2, 13, 20-24 will be handled by Naresh Kumar. Joint commissioner Sumit Kumar will take the objections and suggestions of the wards 11-19.

“The joint commissioners will give a hearing to the objections and suggestions of the wards assigned to them and subsequently submit a report to the deputy commissioner by September 10,” said MCG spokesperson SS Rohilla.

The suggestions and objections can be submitted within 10 days to the deputy commissioner’s office.
