Airport, GMC inspected

Panaji: Joint secretary, Union ministry of health and family welfare, Alok Saxena inspected arrangements of Coronavirus (Covid-19) at Dabolim airport on Thursday. Saxena was satisfied with the arrangements. He carried out the inspection along with Goa health secretary, Nila Mohanan, airport director Gagan Malik said. He also inspected the quarantine facility at Chicalim Cottage Hospital and Goa Medical College.

A meeting was chaired by health minister Vishwajit Rane which was attended by Saxena and health officials.

Meanwhile, a Covid-19 suspect was quarantined in GMC on Thursday.
