Health minister Ma Subramanian warns private hospital's that refuse to accept insurance patients
The minister said the hospital would be equipped with a CT scan, MRI, and CATH lab by next year.
Due to the presence of tanneries and dyeing units, approximately 50 new cancer cases have been identified at the government cancer diagnosis centre. “These patients are currently receiving treatment at the centre, and we are optimistic about their full recovery and return home soon,” the minister expressed.
Tamil Nadu housing and urban development minister S Muthusamy, district collector Rajagopal Sunkara and several others were present.

Minister Vishwajit Rane assured the assembly that the final report on private forests would be ready by December, resolving confusion from an interim report.
