: Breaking his silence for the first time after not being fielded from the Nainital parliamentary seat, senior BJP leader

Bhagat Singh Koshyari

said that he would work for strengthening the party in the state.

When asked to comment on not being given ticket, Koshiyari said, “I want to work as a dedicated BJP member and help the youngsters. I have been saying this all the while and the party has endorsed my view. The BJP is full of many talented leaders who would take the party ahead. I will campaign to bring Modiji back as the PM and take our country to the path of development.”

BJP candidate from Nainital seat and the party’s state chief Ajay Bhatt said, “Koshyairiji has given me his blessings and I have received good response from voters during my roadshows in Jaspur, Kashipur,
