Nadda, who was in the hill capital to review the poll preparations, said: “The Congress government in

Uttarakhand

has failed to utilise the fund of over Rs 100 crore and is mainly responsible for the shoddy condition of the health infrastructure.”

Hailing the Union budget, Nadda said: “The creation of additional 5,000 postgraduate (PG) seats every year will help bolster health services and infrastructure across the country.”
