Over 1,700 properties displayed at housing fair

CHENNAI: A total of 1,716 properties were displayed at the Assets Fair 2024 ‘Quest and Invest’ jointly presented by the Indian Bank and The Times of India.

The two-day fair began on Saturday at 10am and ended on Sunday at 6pm with a footfall of 863 people and 1,189 enquiries.

Investments worth ₹63.54 crore were made in the fair.

The fair showcased housing properties in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Vellore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Kumbakonam, Puducherry, Tirupati, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Allahabad. The fair facilitated loan options with on the spot in principle approval.

Credai Trichy to conduct FairPro property fair from August 9

Credai Trichy chapter organized a three-day property exhibition called FairPro 2024 at Kalaiarangam wedding hall, showcasing around 50 stalls with RERA-approved real estate projects, including villas and apartments. The event featured 24 city-based promoters displaying 2,000 properties, including residential plots, with prices ranging from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 3 crore. Financial institutions were present to offer housing loans.
