4 held for smuggling ganja into prison
Chennai: Four people were arrested for attempting to smuggle ganja into Puzhal prison. Prison staff found 4g of ganja on Gauthaman, 22, Aattu Thotti Satish, 25, and Aadu Santhosh, 25, all residents of Pulianthope, when they visited the prison to meet their friend Abdullah, 35, who was arrested for smuggling ganja. In another incident, Satish Kumar was arrested for carrying 2g of ganja when he went to visit his nephew, Arockiam, 28, a resident of Erikkarai near Maduravoyal detained in Puzhal prison. All four were arrested for smuggling ganja.
