Why should people vote for your alliance?

People are fed up with both the parties that ruled Punjab for a very long period of time. They have not met the expectations of people of this state. We will be different when we come in power as we want the government for changing the systems which are ailing the society. Following PM Modi Ji’s footsteps we will provide safety to the people of Punjab from across the border, as well as, personal safety by getting rid of drugs and gangsters. We will provide a ‘double-engine government’ where the state and the central governments will work in unison, cohesion and cooperation. Our record at the Centre and in states we are in power in shows that once we are in the government, people don’t let us go.

What are your top five promises to the

voters

?

Peace and harmony in Punjab, employment for everybody, empowerment of women, prosperous farmer and development of Punjab.

Did the new style of campaigning due to EC restrictions affect your

party

’s ability to effectively reach out?

As BJP is an organised party, the EC restrictions did not have any adverse effect on our election campaign. Rather our party had much better door-to-door contact and could make them understand our view point in a better manner.In case of a hung assembly, are you open to an alliance?

There is no question of a hung assembly or another alliance as we are going to form our government on our own. It is on the pattern and blessings of Modi Ji’s model and Punjab government will have a ‘double-engine sarkar’.

If voted to power, what will be your alliance’s agenda for the first 100 days?

If voted to power, our priority in the beginning will be to provide a safe and secure atmosphere to the people of Punjab where they could focus on employment, industry and drug-free society. Maintaining law and order and favourable atmosphere for employment and industry shall be our priority in the first 100 days.
