Kataria reviews facilities at Indira Holiday Home
Chandigarh: Punjab governor and Chandigarh administrator Gulab Chand Kataria visited the Indira Holiday Home in Sector 24 on Friday to review its facilities and services. He directed officials to strengthen infrastructure and enhance service delivery to guarantee a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for the residents.
Accompanied by a senior delegation, Kataria inspected the institution’s accommodation, cleanliness, healthcare, and recreation arrangements. The accompanying officials included UT chief secretary H Rajesh Prasad, additional chief secretary to the governor VP Singh, and UT social welfare department secretary Anuradha Chagti.
During the visit, the administrator took stock of daily operations and interacted with the management and staff. Local officials briefed him on the facility’s functioning, ongoing activities, and planned upgrades.
