CHANDIGARH: Police arrested a man for allegedly stealing a Honda Activa scooter from Dhanas on Friday. The accused is Mohan of EWS flats, Dhanas. Muskan, a resident of Dhanas, alleged her scooter had been stolen from near her house in on August 31. Police said the accused is a drug addict.
