Bengaluru: East division police have banished a 36-year-old rowdy-sheeter from Bengaluru city to Bengaluru Rural district for a year in bid to maintain law and order and peace.

. Khan is the son of late rowdy-sheeter Fayaz Ahmed alias

Koli Fayaz

and has a rowdy sheet against him at Commercial Street police station.
According to police, Khan is allegedly involved in around 22 cases, including for murder, attempt to murder, extortion, robbery, preparation for dacoity, kidnap, threatening and vehicle theft.Police said he has created fear among residents, including women in east Bengaluru, with his anti-social activities and disrupted the law and order situation. tnn
