A spirited show of confidence and talent

The talented and enthusiastic students of

Acharya Institute of Technology

put on an energetic show for the auditions of OPPO Bangalore Times Fresh Face 2017, which was held at their college auditorium. For the first round of auditions, the contestants not only got the crowd excited by delivering power-packed performances in various talents, they even managed to get the judge, actress and animal activist Samyukta Hornad, on her feet.
While the boys — such as Rithvik Kumar, Gursimran Singh and Subroto Ghosh — flaunted a variety of talents such as dancing, standup, magic and table drumming, the girls — like Chandana R, Sri Gowri, Deepika KS and Jhansi — showed what graceful dancers and amazing singers they are.

Based on their performances and stage presence, the judge advanced 12 participants to the final round of auditions. After putting forward impromptu challenges to the contestants, they adjudged classical dancer

and freestyle dancer

Madhur Miskin

as the winners among the girls and boys respectively.
