: Two unidentified bike-borne men lifted a bag containing Rs 1 lakh cash by breaking open the boot space of a moped owned by a call center executive at

The incident took place right outside Zeeshan Siddiqui's house on Monday afternoon after the 25-year-old withdrew Rs 1 lakh from State Bank of Hyderabad, Shahgunj and placed the money in the boot space of his vehicle with registration number MH-20-CB-7787. Just as he was parking his bike,

received a call and got busy with it forgetting to take out the money.

Taking advantage of the situation, the unidentified suspects broke open the boot space and fled away with the bag containing cash. The suspects have been caught on the

CCTV

cameras installed near Arish Masjid.

Police expressed suspicion that the suspects could have followed the victim from the bank to find an opportunity to lift his bag containing cash.

Sources said that the police in an attempt to detect the daylight incident of bag lifting are trying to take help of experts in improving the CCTV grabs of the suspects riding a bike.

The police are also checking for clues in CCTV cameras installed at different routes to nail the suspects.
