8 yr old girl found dead under mysterious circumstances inside Nelaballi forest area in Tirupati district

TIRUPATI: Yet another minor girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside the the Nelaballi forest area in Doravarisatram mandal in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday.

The incident comes to light at a point of time when the entire state is yet to forget the horrifying rape and murder of a minor girl in Nandyal district reported about ten days ago.

According to the local police, about 40 families from Bihar work at a rice mill located in the outskirts of Nelaballi.

An 8 year old girl, who was the daughter of a person identified as Laluk, was found walking away with a local youngster earlier in the day.

Moments later, the girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside the forest area near Nelaballi.

Nayudupet DSP Srinivasa Reddy and his team rushed to the crime scene and shifted the body of the deceased girl for postmortem.

Police registered a case and analysed the locally available CCTV footage and have laid a hunt for the accused.
