Prayagraj: Aggrieved over the demise of Jagriti Shukla, lathe Allahabad High Court Bar Association (HCBA)
abstained from judicial work on Monday after the lunch.
The high court bar association demanded stern action against those doctors
and staff of Swaroop Rani Nehru hospital of Prayagraj, who had allegedly
manhandled the attendants of Jagriti Shukla, who first visited the
SRN hospital after her accident on May 20.

of the resolution to the chief justice and also to the senior vacation
judge of Allahabad High Court.
The advocates’ association of Allahabad high court, a parallel body of the
bar, has also condoled the sad demise of lawyer and demanded stern
action against those who are responsible for it.
Meanwhile, a section of lawyers sat on dharna near Ambedkar crossing near
high court and demanded that name of those doctors who were reportedly
suspended after this incident be made public. The lawyers said that
they would not end their agitation until the appropriate legal action is
taken
