CEO of Gujarat launches app for voters with disabilities

AHMEDABAD: The chief electoral officer of Gujarat on Wednesday launched a mobile app for persons with disabilities (PwD).


The officials said that the app can be downloaded from app stores on iOS and android platforms.

“The PwDs can avail themselves of services like registration of new voters, transfer of name, seeking wheelchair at the voting booth, finding the booth, etc. We appeal to all to participate in the voting process,” said a senior official.
