Women Protest Against Injustices Inflicted Upon Bangladeshi Hindus
In New Delhi, thousands, including professors and students, gathered to protest against violence targeting Hindus in Bangladesh. Signs reading 'Stop persecution of minorities' were seen as the non-disruptive Naari Shakti March highlighted recent communal violence. The demonstration called for a stronger global response to the persecution of minorities in Bangladesh.
Bangladeshi Hindus are living in fear. Why is Indias response muted?

Violence against Hindus raised concerns, leading Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to call for their protection. India must navigate protecting its interests while maintaining diplomatic relations with Bangladesh amid rising Islamist influence.
