Gurgaon-based HRtech startup, Advantage Club, is expanding its horizons by venturing into the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This move comes on the heels of the company's successful forays into the United States and the Philippines.
The company's ambitious global expansion seamlessly combine physical and virtual approaches to human resources. "We are building solutions that bring the best of both physical and virtual approaches together," says Sourabh Deorah, CEO, and co-founder, of Advantage Club.
Advantage Club's global footprint has now extended to 100 countries, with established offices in the US and the Philippines.

This technology allows the company to provide a highly personalized experience for employees, based on their past interactions.
