This HRtech startup expands to MENA region
Gurgaon-based HRtech startup, Advantage Club, is expanding its horizons by venturing into the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This move comes on the heels of the company's successful forays into the United States and the Philippines.
The company's ambitious global expansion seamlessly combine physical and virtual approaches to human resources. "We are building solutions that bring the best of both physical and virtual approaches together," says Sourabh Deorah, CEO, and co-founder, of Advantage Club. Advantage Club's global footprint has now extended to 100 countries, with established offices in the US and the Philippines.
One of the standout features of Advantage Club is its utilization of machine learning to analyze user behavior patterns on the platform. This technology allows the company to provide a highly personalized experience for employees, based on their past interactions. HR managers benefit from access to robust dashboards and extensive analytics, helping them gauge employee engagement levels and identify potential attrition risk factors.
This expansion into the MENA region comes at a critical time, with many Indian businesses facing the challenge of employee attrition and layoffs.
Sourabh Deorah shared his insights, stating, "For us, such uncertainties present a chance to assist our clients in navigating these shifts. It accentuates the importance of fostering deeper connections with key employees."
In light of the current landscape, the startup advises careful planning and cross-department skill development for employees to reduce layoffs.
