SuperOps.ai raises $12.4 million in Series B
CHENNAI: SuperOps.ai, a maker of AI-powered software for managed service providers (MSPs), has raised $12.4 million in Series B funding bringing total funds raised to date to $29.4 million.
The company did not disclose the valuation at which it raised its current round.
The funding round was led by Lee Fixel's Addition and new investor March Capital with participation from Matrix Partners India.
The SuperOps platform helps transform MSPs into profitable businesses by simplifying the IT management process and workflow of MSPs on a single, unified platform. Over the last 12 months, the number of customers at SuperOps.ai has increased 300%.
The company will use the funds for its expansion in the US market by setting up a new office there and to strengthen its product. The startup also appointed MSP industry leader Juan Fernandez as its channel chief earlier this month.
Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps.ai, told TOI that while SuperOps was planning to raise funds next year, they saw significant inbound interest from investors prompting them to go in for the round now.
"Investors have significant dry powder to deploy, and there is definite interest to back solid companies. However, there has been a valuation reset, and I believe it is much-needed," he adds.
Along with the fundraise, SuperOps.ai has also launched advanced network monitoring capabilities as part of its platform. Now, MSPs will be able to include Network Monitoring as a service without having to add another tool.
