Day two runs smoothly as entry bottlenecks ease at India AI Impact Summit
NEW DELHI: A day after a crowded opening, operations at Bharat Mandapam appeared to have largely settled on Tuesday, with entry into the India AI Impact Summit 2026 becoming noticeably smoother across gates. As the second day of the summit got underway, sessions and meetings began on schedule from early morning, with movement inside the venue remaining steady.
Queues were visible at key entry points such as gates 4 and 7, but attendees without laptops or bags reported virtually no waiting time. For those carrying laptops or handbags, security checks were taking about five to ten minutes as of around 10.30 am, officials said.
Early arrivals moved through scanning and security checks swiftly, benefiting from thinner crowds during the morning hours.
Outside the venue, traffic on Bhairon Marg was slow but manageable, while vehicular movement around other access roads to Bharat Mandapam remained smooth, indicating better traffic dispersal compared to day one.
