NEW YORK: Their plan for a chain of Indian restaurants fetched four South Asian students the top prize worth $ 20,000 at a business contest in an American university.

NEW YORK: Their plan for a chain of Indian restaurants fetched four South Asian students the top prize worth $ 20,000 at a business contest in an American university.
"EZ-Khaana" was a business plan conceived by a team of four South Asian students of Rutgers University. It has bagged the third annual "Rutgers Business Plan Competition".
The team, comprising Haresh Mehta, Sudhanshu Pant, Ankur Patel and Khurram Khan, all students of Rutgers Business School, were adjudged winners from among 89 entries.
Seven teams made it to the finals.
The winners received prize money worth $ 20,000, while the runners-up received $ 10,000.
