Cryptocurrency prices today: Ethereum gains over 9%, Bitcoin adds more than 4%
NEW DELHI: With prices of most cryptocurrencies having increased in the last 24 hours, the global crypto market cap has risen by over 5 percent to touch $1.94 trillion, according to data from coinmarketcap.com.
Bitcoin is trading above $43,000, over 4 percent more than the last day. In the past 7 days, the crypto has fallen around 4 per cent.
The second largest crypto by market cap Ethereum has gained more than 9 per cent in the last 24 hours and lost nearly 3 per cent week-on-week.
Solana and XRP have increased 7 per cent and 5 per cent, respectively, while Dogecoin has added around 1 per cent.
Polkadot has grown nearly 3 per cent and is priced at around $29.
