Jaguar Land Rover India has announced that it has begun deliveries of the all-new 2022 Range Rover. The flagship SUV is being offered in Standard, long-wheelbase, and 7-seater versions, and is available in four trim levels, namely SE, HSE, Autobiography, as well as First Edition. Pricing for the 2022 Range Rover starts from Rs 2.39 crore, going up to Rs 3.52 crore (ex-showroom, India).

The mighty SUV is available with 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel and petrol engines that make 351 PS/700 Nm and 400 PS/550 Nm respectively. Also on offer is a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 that belts out 530 PS of maximum power and 750 Nm of peak torque. All three engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and come with mild-hybrid technology. Land Rover claims that the SUV with the 4.4-litre V8 engine can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.6 seconds.
On the feature front, the flagship SUV comes equipped with a 13.1-inch floating Pivi Pro touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology, a 13.7-inch digital driver’s display, a 1600W Meridian sound system, four-zone climate control, active noise cancellation, an air purifier, and so on.
Do note that the First Edition model will be available throughout the first year of production. The new Range Rover directly puts up against the likes of Mercedes-Maybach GLS, Aston Martin DBX, Lexus LX, as well as the Bentley Bentayga.
