Royal Enfield has announced an initiative aimed at enhancing the riding experience for its global community of riders and customers. The company has introduced the 'Borderless Warranty Program', marking the first global warranty scheme by an Indian automotive brand. The program applies to all new motorcycles purchased from authorized Royal Enfield stores worldwide, as well as those currently under warranty.
Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty: What is it
This initiative enables Royal Enfield riders to cross international borders with peace of mind, assured that their motorcycles are covered under a comprehensive warranty. If you're riding your Royal Enfield bike purchased in India or abroad, the warranty benefits extend globally, ensuring uninterrupted support and protection no matter where your journey takes you.
This new initiative enables riders to access warranty services in numerous countries. With over 3,000 authorized service points in more than 2,600 cities across 70 countries, Royal Enfield will ensure the warranty benefits for its customers globally.
Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Enfield, highlighted the program's significance, as he said, "With the introduction of the Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty Program, we aim to redefine customer experience by offering unprecedented levels of support and assurance to riders across the world."
At present, the company’s lineup includes models like the recently-launched Guerrilla 450, Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Super Meteor 650, Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650 twins, Shotgun 650, Himalayan, Scram 411 ADV Crossover, Bullet 350, and Classic 350.
