Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai August 18, 2017 written update: Bua dadi wants Keerti to follow the rituals of Shuddhikaran puja

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Bua dadi calling Naksh and Keerti to the temple. She asks them to sit for the pooja. Pandit ji starts the prayers and bua dadi thinks that everything should just go fine.

Meanwhile, Naira gets worried at home as she gets to know that Naksh and Keerti have gone for a pooja. Swarna asks her not to worry.She tells she is not feeling good and getting some bad vibes.
After sometime, bua dadi tells Naksh that his part in pooja is over and they only need Keerti now. She asks him to leave otherwise Keerti will be distracted. Naksh agrees to her and leaves from there.
Bua dadi then tells she wants Keerti to follow the rituals of Shuddhikaran puja, leaving Kirti shocked. She tells her grandmother Suhasini also knows about this. Keerti gets emotional and she texts Naksh about this.
Naira also gets to know this and she gets angry and leaves the house. Bua dadi tells Keerti she has to follow the pooja properly as she has to become pure for Naksh.
While the pandit ji is about to pour water on Keerti, Kartik stops the pooja along with Naksh and Naira. Naira shouts on bua dadi and tells her that purity is from heart and not body and Keerti has the purest heart.
They all then take Keerti from there.
