Radhika Apte's casting couch experience

Casting couch is a term generally associated with Bollywood and there have been instances where directors have asked actors to trade sexual favours for roles in films.
Interestingly, the term has now found its way into the Marathi industry. No, we aren't talking about 'sexual favours' but a web-series launched by actor Amey Wagh and director Nipun Dharmadhikari. The duo goes back to their college days and have done many plays together.They are taking their association to another platform now; the internet.
Amey and Nipun have launched a 'strictly for online' talk-show titled 'Casting Couch with Amey and Nipun' and their first guest is none other than Radhika Apte. Speaking to us about the same, Amey said, "It is not a we-series per se. It's more of a chat show where people will share interesting anecdotes. Radhika is our first guest but we haven't planned on the others yet."
